To get as much exposure for your SOS Radio Week operations why not announce them on Twitter and Facebook.
You can like and follow us on Facebook by visiting the SOS Radio Week page. This way you’ll be able to, not only keep up-to-date with what’s going on at SOS Radio Week, but what our supporters are doing too.
Why not post your announcements directly on to our Facebook page so that as many people can see them as possible.
When you post elsewhere on Facebook do include our handle @sosradioweek in your post. This will enable folk to visit our page to see more about the event.
You can also tag in the RNLI using @rnli, the National Association of Independent Lifeboats using @NILAsscUK, UK Independent Lifeboats using @UKIndependentlifeboats and the National Coastwatch Institution using @nci.org.uk.
Keep posting during your event
Don’t just post once before your event; to raise as much interest in our event as possible post/tweet news during the event.
Do include photographs so that people can see what’s going on and make the want to work your station.
