RNLB Doris Joan, a new Atlantic 85, has been on-station at Criccieth since 5th November 2007.

She is longer (8.5m), more powerful (2 x 115hp) and faster (35 knots) than the boat she replaces.

Her cost, £135,000, was met from the generous legacy of a lifeboat supporter.
