SOS Radio Week raises over £10,000 for the RNLI

Since we started organising SOS Radio Week as an official RNLI fund-raising event in 2009, Amateur Radio operators throughout the UK and Ireland have raised over £10,000 for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
Receipts received to-date for the 2012 event total over £2,900 which is a tremendous effort given the current financial climate. Add this to the £7,200 raised in 2009, 2010 and 2011, and our grand total now stands at more than £10,100.
